In what location is Camp Buttermilk Falls State Park?

Consider camping in Buttermilk Falls State Park if you want to appreciate the outdoors and get back in touch with nature. In the campsite of the park, there are 25 spaces for small RVs, trailers, and tents, each with a gravel pad and a tree-shaded area. Please be aware that these sites only allow vehicles up to 20 feet in length, so larger rigs won’t fit. But there are several exclusive campgrounds in Tomkins County that might be able to take bigger RVs.

Although the campground lacks connections, it does have conveniently situated contemporary restrooms and hot showers to enhance your stay. Only between the hours of 9 and 11 a.m. and 5 and 9 p.m. are generators permitted.

At Buttermilk Falls State Park, dogs are allowed but must always be leashed to a length of six feet or less. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed on beaches that are dedicated for swimming. "Stunning waterfall. The answer is yes, but only in the lower part. Since a portion of the waterfall needs to be cleaned in June, swimming doesn't commence until July 1. The cost of parking is $9. Dogs are welcome, however they cannot go in the water. There are numerous steps, so be prepared to do your legs when you visit."

The majority of the route around the lake as well as the gorge trail were closed when we visited in the first week of April, but what was open at that time was incredibly stunning!
